What We Do

We help families create personalized storybooks. By selecting from our collection of supported heritage languages, you can craft a story where your child explores their cultural roots alongside English text.

Through our creator tool, you upload reference photos of your family members to generate stylized cartoon avatars. These avatars are then woven into the fabric of the story, making your family the direct stars of the adventure.

Our Approach to Privacy

We are deeply protective of family data, particularly when it comes to photographs of children and loved ones. Our process is designed around transient data handling:

• No Human Photo Storage: We require clear reference photos to generate the cartoon avatars for your book. Human originals are processed temporarily rather than stored; the generated cartoons are saved. Pet originals are stored to guide illustration generation and automatically scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You must be a child's parent or legal guardian to upload their photo.
• Private by Design: We do not publish your generated books publicly. They remain private to your account unless you explicitly choose to share the digital flipbook link with relatives.
• No AI Training: The photos you upload and the specific text we generate for your family are never used to train generalized AI models.

How the Books Work

We operate on a transparent, two-stage model. We do not believe in hiding the final product behind a paywall.

When you use our creator tool, you can build your family cast (with a maximum of 3 characters per book) and select your story idea completely for free. We then generate the full text of the story, along with the cover and opening illustrations, so you can preview the exact pacing, tone, and bilingual layout.

You only pay when you are completely satisfied with the preview. Purchasing the digital edition unlocks the full set of illustrations across the 12-page book, provides a high-resolution print-ready PDF, and grants you a shareable digital flipbook link.

Printing is a separate decision after you have reviewed the completed digital book. The Printed Keepsake includes the Digital Edition: pay for digital first, then pay the remaining print balance plus a live shipping quote if you choose to print.
